Can I subscribe to Torks if I live outside the service area?

Yes, you can absolutely subscribe, even if you live outside our service area.

Pickup

The bike is collected only at a collection point within the covered area. There is no home delivery. The list of locations is available on our website.

Repairs

Repairs are only available at our service points or within the area covered by our home maintenance service. Check the eligible areas at torks.ch/start.

Subscription cancellation

If you cancel, you'll need to return your bike to one of our collection points listed on torks.ch/start.
