Delivery

In this case, you'll need to collect your bike from one of our collection points within the covered area. The list of locations is available on our website.

An alternative: paid home delivery, available anywhere in Switzerland.

Repairs

Repairs are only available at our service points or within the area covered by our home maintenance service. Check the eligible areas at torks.ch/start.

Subscription cancellation

If you cancel, you'll need to return your bike to one of our collection points listed on torks.ch/start.
