Is something wrong with your bike?
Log in to the Torks platform. You can easily report the issue and submit a repair request.
What about a flat tyre?
Tyre inflation is not a service handled directly by Torks, but it's very easy to do yourself: our bikes are fitted with standard car valves, compatible with most pumps — including those found at petrol stations.
The recommended tyre pressure for e-bikes is 4.0 bar.
