No, this is not permitted, even if you are outside the service area. Personal repairs or repairs carried out by a third-party workshop are not allowed.

All repairs and part replacements must be performed by Torks mechanics. These services are entirely free of charge for you. Please book a home repair or a service point appointment through the app and we will take care of it.

Any damage resulting from unauthorised work may incur additional charges, in accordance with our general terms and conditions. To ensure your coverage and proper operation of the service, please always go through our team via the Torks platform.
