What area does Torks cover?

Delivery, maintenance, and returns: find out which areas are covered by Torks services in Switzerland.

The Torks subscription is available throughout Switzerland, but some services are only offered in specific areas.

Delivery:

  • The bike is collected only at a collection point, at the locations listed on torks.ch/start.

Returns:

  • The bike must be returned at one of the collection points listed on torks.ch/start.

Maintenance and servicing:

  • Free servicing through our service points is limited to the areas listed on torks.ch/start.
  • Home or workplace servicing is only available in certain regions, as indicated on the website.
