Delivery, maintenance, and returns: find out which areas are covered by Torks services in Switzerland.
The Torks subscription is available throughout Switzerland, but some services are only offered in specific areas.
Delivery:
- Free delivery to a collection point is available only at the locations listed on torks.ch/start.
- Paid home delivery is available across all of Switzerland.
Returns:
- The bike must be returned at one of the collection points listed on torks.ch/start.
Maintenance and servicing:
- Free servicing through our service points is limited to the areas listed on torks.ch/start.
- Home or workplace servicing is only available in certain regions, as indicated on the website.
