How does delivery work?

Free pick-up at a collection point or at an event: two options to receive your Torks bike.

You have two options to receive your bike.

If you ordered any options (basket, child seat), they will be delivered together with the bike.

1. Pick-up at a collection point

Torks delivers bikes free of charge to collection points listed on https://torks.ch/en/start.

When you sign up, you choose the collection point and delivery date that suit you best.

On the day your subscription starts, you can come and collect your bike at any time that works for you.

The exact address of the collection point will be sent to you before your subscription begins, along with the bike ID and lock code.

Pick-up is self-service — no appointment or advance notice needed.

Remember to bring a bike helmet and, depending on the weather, gloves.

Steps:

Select the "self-service pick-up at a collection point" option when placing your order.
You will receive the battery key and charger by post.
The exact address of the collection point and instructions to identify and unlock the bike will be sent to you by email.
Go to the collection point and find your bike. A specific bike has been assigned to you, identified by an ID. You will find this on the back of the bike, on a sticker attached to the frame. Look for it among the bikes available at the collection point.
Unlock the lock. It is a combination lock. The code will have been sent to you by email or SMS before the pick-up day.

N.B.: No Torks staff will be on site.

2. Pick-up at an event

Torks is present at certain events such as bike fairs. You can receive your bike free of charge on these occasions. The list of events is shown on the page https://torks.ch/en/start.

Steps:

Select the "Pick-up at an event" option when placing your order and choose your preferred event.
Come to the event. Allow approximately 30 minutes for the handover.
You will receive the lock key, battery key, and charger in person, together with the bike. The Torks team will adjust the bike to your body and show you how it works. This is a great opportunity to ask our team any questions you may have.
