How do I cancel my subscription?
We'd be sorry to see you go, but if you'd like to end your subscription, the process is straightforward. Simply contact us through one of the channels listed on this page.
Cancellation process
To cancel your subscription, get in touch with our team. We'll ask you to choose a drop-off point to return your bike. You'll then receive detailed instructions on locking the bike, returning accessories, and the next steps.
Cancellation deadlines
Your subscription renews automatically each month. To avoid any additional charges, send your cancellation request at least 7 days before your next billing date. The date we receive your request is what counts.
Example:
If you receive your bike on 17 June, your billing cycle renews on the 17th of each month. To avoid being charged for the following month, you must cancel by 10 July at the latest.

Returning accessories
All accessories must be returned by post. We cover the shipping costs. Detailed instructions will be provided when the time comes. Missing accessories may result in additional charges.
Cancellation before bike delivery
If you'd like to cancel your subscription before receiving the bike, please contact our customer service at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery at the collection point. Contact details can be found on this page.
