How do I cancel my subscription?
We'd be sorry to see you go, but if you'd like to end an active subscription, you can do it directly from your Torks account.
Cancellation process
Open your subscription details and click Cancel my subscription. You will be asked for your cancellation reason and then choose a collection point to return the bike.
After confirmation, you receive the return instructions by email, including the shipping label for the accessories.
Cancellation deadlines
Your subscription renews automatically each month. To avoid any additional charges, confirm the cancellation at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Example:
If you receive your bike on 17 June, your billing cycle renews on the 17th of each month. To avoid being charged for the following month, you must cancel by 10 July at the latest.
You can check your next billing date from your Torks account at torks.ch.
Returning the bike and accessories
Drop off the bike at the selected collection point. A Torks admin then marks the bike as returned.
Accessories must be returned by post with the label sent by email. We mark them as returned when the parcel arrives. The cancellation is fully completed only once both the bike and accessories are returned.
Cancellation before bike delivery
If you'd like to cancel your subscription before receiving the bike, please contact our customer service at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery at the collection point. Contact details can be found on
