What's in the accessory pouch?
Charger, battery key, and Allen keys: discover the contents of the pouch delivered before your subscription starts.
A few days before your subscription starts, you will receive a reusable pouch by post containing everything you need for your bike:
- The battery charger
- The battery key (to lock and remove the battery from the frame)
- Two Allen keys (to adjust the saddle and handlebars to your size)
If you ordered any options (basket, rack, etc.), these will be delivered with the bike.
Keep this pouch safe. At the end of your subscription, you will need to place all the items back in it (charger, key, Allen keys) and return it to us. This is part of our commitment to the circular economy — Torks is a member of Circular Economy Switzerland.
