File a police report, contact Torks, and share the report number. Steps to follow in case of theft.
If your bike is stolen:
- File a police report immediately
- Contact Torks via your account or by email
- Share the report number with us
Always lock your bike with the supplied lock when leaving it unattended, even briefly. This is a condition of your subscription.
