What are the subscription durations and prices?

Torks offers three subscription plans, each including a dedicated electric bike and premium service provided by our team: 1 month, 6 months, and 12 months.

Your subscription starts on the date you receive your electric bike, not on the date you place your order.

At the end of this period, your subscription is automatically renewed for the same duration and at the same price.

All subscriptions can be cancelled with 7 days' notice before the end of the contract period.

You can choose to pay monthly or upfront. The upfront option comes with a discount on the subscription.
