Use the lock

Every Torks bike comes with a combination lock and a sturdy chain. The code is sent by email or SMS before pickup.

To lock the bike:

1. Set the code and open the lock.
2. Pass the chain through the frame (not only a wheel).
3. Attach it to fixed street furniture: a post or a bike rack.
4. Close the lock and scramble the code.

Do not lock only the front wheel, and do not leave the bike unlocked, even for a short stop. Theft cover applies when the supplied lock is used through the frame, on a fixed point.
